I wrote the anonymous message, didn't particularly want "Scar" to know my
real name.
I wouldn't be too worried about death threats. I've been e-mailing enough
to know that people get a lot more fired up sending e-mail than they do in
real life (me included). Personally, I would be extremely upset to find
hikers streching barbed-wire across trail, and may even side with the
redneck on this one. Such a tough guy!
I'm sure that we all carry an extra roll of barbed wire in our pack for
just such an occasion; I sure do. Great way to keep pack weight down, no?
That along with our lifetime supply of plastic.
