Jorj,

In 96 my husband and I took the PCT from Windigo Pass.  At Cascade summit 
we met thru-hikers who had taken the lower route.  They said they had had 
frost that night while we had a very warm camp up on Diamond Peak.  Its 
very beautiful up there also.  Lots of alpine wildflowers.
