We dried virtually everything for our triplast year. An easy one is frozen 
veggies, takes onlyabout 6-8 hrs with our drier.  If you are going to dry a lot 
I recommend the American Harvester, a litle spendy, but can save you a lot over 
the years.  Try drying your tomato sauce on plastic wrap.  The commercial  
driers usually have a plastic tray for sauces. While you are at it try drying 
Salsa, it really spices up your rice.  We also made jerky with our drier
