[pct-l] light weight pack opinions please

I am looking for a light weight pack that I can carry my gossamer bivy,  a
sleeping bag, 3/4 thermarest, stove,clothes and food.   I have read a lot of
adds but would like to get some experienced opinions.

Here are my parameters:

Usage:  overnight, 2-3day trips (max)
must have a suspension system
must be under or close to $200
the therma rest and /or tent can go on the outside if necessary.
will not be used in bad weather (at least not planned that way).
