  IF THE PEOPLE/ANIMALS/VEHICLES/ETC.. THAT CAUSED THE DAMAGE WERE NOT ON THE
TRAILS, WE WOULD NOT HAVE TO CLEAN UP THE DAMAGE THAT THEY CAUSE!!!!!!
