From another list, there are closures on and around the PCT in the Angeles
NF due to the recent fire

PRESS RELEASE FROM THE US FOREST SERVICE
ARCADIA
Due to the Narrows Fire that began on August 13, The Angeles Nat Forest has
had a forest closure in effect. As a result, there are still a number of
campgrounds and trails that will be closed throughout the Labor Day
weekend.
The area south of Highway 2 from Blue Ridge to E Fork Fire Station is CLOSED.
E Fork Trail from E Fork to Vincent Saddle is CLOSED.
Grassy Hopllow Picnic area and Jackson Flat group CG are CLOSED.
Lower loop of Table Mtn CG is CLOSED.
PCT is not accesible from Little Jimmy to Blue Ridge.
The following areas are open:
Table Mtn is OPEN except for the Lower Loop.
Jackson Lake is OPEN.
Big Pines Highway is OPEN. All campgrounds and picnic areas on the Big
Pines Highway are open, including Peavine, Mtn Oaks, Apple Tree, Mescal,
Arch, and Jackson Lake.

ANGELES NATIONAL FOREST
(TEMPORARY CLOSURE)
Pursuant to 36 C.F.R. Sec 261.50[a] and [b], the following acts are
prohibited within the Grassy Hollow Campground, the Jackson Flat CG, the
Zuni Loop [Sites #104 thru 118] of the Table Mtn CG, all roads and trails
within these sites and Forest Rd 3N26.1 and 3N26.2 from Grassy Hollow to
Vincent Saddle until further notice.

[2] Being on the road. 36 CFR 261.54[e]
[3] Being on the trail. 36 CFR 261.55[a]
Pursuant to 36 CFR 261.50[e] the following persons are exempt from this order:
[1] Persons with a permit specifically authorizing the prohibited act.
[2] Any Federal, State or local officer or member of an organized rescue or
fire fighting force in the performance of an official duty.
[3] Contractors and contractor's employees or agents, engaged in business
in the area.
