[pct-l] PCT Graphs/Data

Last year before I hiked the PCT, I compiled all 1,943 data points listed in
both PCT guidebooks and put them on a spreadsheet. I printed out each
section on a piece of paper, and on the back I had a "cross section" graph
for the section. The graph gave you a visual picture of what to expect.
The data points eliminated any complicated adding (man, 2nd grade was tough)
each day. If I wanted to see what location was 30 miles from where I was
at, it was easy. I have put California Section A on a homepage

http://www.teleport.com/~cgiffen/pct.htm

Anyone interested? There is about 55 pages total, including the 6 page
graph of the entire trail. I'd sell printouts of the whole works for $15.00
including shipping. I still have to work out the details as far as how much
to give to the PCTA, my costs, Jeff?, etc. A lot of people I met on the
trail last year really wanted them. I know some of you are going to be
departing before too long, and might have an interest. This is something
you could do yourself, but it is a lot of work. (I have put about 50 hours
into the whole thing)
