feathered friends (and others) make both inner bags and overbags to add
warmth to existing bags. if your 10* bag is not roomy, then go for the
overbag.
FF is expensive, but make some of the BEST down gear in the industry. they
will often custom taylor to your liking (ie 800 vs 700 loft, overstuffing,
lengthen/shorten, etc).
