[pct-l] missing ranger

I sent this one yesterday, and I just got back an "unable to deliver this
message for 12 hours" bounce message, so I'll try it again. If you get two
copies, sorry....
I asked a friend of mine who is a ranger at SKNP about Randy the Missing
Ranger. This is what he said
