[pct-l] Alcohol or Tobacco - cannot be shipped in resupply packages

I would add that trying to ship fuel via Fed Ex or UPS is a nightmare and 
not worth anyones time or effort.

I'm *pretty sure* the original question was about
alcohol as fuel for stoves --- denatured alcohol or
HEET.  These items can be shipped, but there are
restrictions.  Ken & Marcia Powers have outlined the
