>From here in Reno, we can see the eastern side of the sierra at Tahoe.  It has been snowing in the mountains pretty much every day this month and is forecast to continue to do so at least through the 17th.  Snow accumulations on the ground begin around 6000'.  A web cam view of Donner Pass can be seen at www.magnifeye.com.
