[pct-l] esbit tabs as emergency fuel



Burning the esbits in your stove will make a mess.  They burned on a lot
of messy, crusty residue that I would guess did lower the efficienty of
the stove.  Maybe not.  Maybe having crusty crap all over the inside of
the stove was good for it?  It wasn't pretty anyway.

Better option is to burn your esbit on a peice of foil surrounded by a
nice small pile of rocks as a pot holder.  The bonus: you'll have some hot
rocks after dinner to warm your phalanges with.  ;-)
