This is freaky...there was a 600 acre wild fire yesterday in "our back yard". Officials came by with a voluntary evacuation but all ended well...it never got closer than a mile or so from us. They did have to close Hwy.97 up in OR and here in CA at I-5 in Weed due to it jumping Hwy. 97 by the Whitney Glacier area. Two houses were lost. It'll be a while before I address THAT subject again!!
