[pct-l] Wind-proof sleeping bag "envelopes"

Sleeping bag "envelopes" such as made by Slumberjack are to me
essential. The bag and pad slide inside.

During the winter it in rain or snow it keeps the bag dry. One can
lay around on it without concern, and a pack towel will sop up the
water which invariably pools in the bottom of the tent.

Other times of year one can sleep outside without condensation
getting on and in the bag.

All times of year it keeps the bag clean. The extra weight is has
some redeeming qualities in that it contributes considerably to warmth.

I replace the partial zipper with full-length, and can also use it as
a tarp if necessary. To me it's well worth the extra weight.
