[pct-l] wind/temperature

Well my friend. My scientific wild ass guess (SWAG) is probably yes.
How much depends . . .

One of the way a person looses heat to the environment is thru
convection. Wind proof probably means that it would reduce/stop airflow
thru the bag -- keeping warm air in and cold air out. The offset may be
increased moisture build up inside the bag.

Other factor is how well the specific tent stops wind -- the better the
tent at stopping wind, the less gain from the bag.
