[pct-l] PCT closed in Angeles Forest



Yes
Some people don't know the road is closed, some are out for a drive and go
fast, some are rice-rockets on suicide runs, some reasonable drivers
etc..... There are narrow spots at the road cuts and hiking on the shoulder
is now more difficult since CalTrans installed guard rails in many more
spots.

This is something I would like to do on a horse, not all users of the PCT
are hikers
