[pct-l] North to South - NoBo-sentric?

I've only been SoBo on it so I guess I don't have the NoBo experience to
base any observation off, but I'm not going to let that stop me from posting
any how.

In my experience sign and turn positioning didn't seem to matter much. It
seemed just as well marked in both directions. If there was a difference it
was very much. Besides, getting lost is fun.

It did seem that the NoBos got the worst climbs.
