[pct-l] RE: [pct2006] Getting to Campo

Hey there 2006 hikers,
As I read the message about Bob Riess, I would hope that all of you do not
abandon the PCT forum; because that is where you will get all the
information you need as the time to hike gets closer. There are a lot of
great and helpful people that put a lot of effort and especially there time
and resources to help you, the new class, reach your goals in hiking the
trail.

Cheers,
Marge (the old gal)

I don't know if everyone knows this, but Bob Riess will pick you up at
the airport in San Diego , and take you to his house for the night then
drop you off at first light at the trailhead in Campo right at the
monument. Bob is a retired navy commander who also is in charge of the
Sat. night all you can eat dinner and the Sun. morning all you can eat
breakfast. He's really a great guy ,he volunteers alot of his time and
energy to help out us hikers. Carl
