Sorry this is un-trail related and of a personal nature, but my son's new
sister-in-law is an environmental science major at Amherst, and is looking
for field research work as an intern.  Seems I've met many people who have
this type of experience and background, and I told her I would inquire.

sage and i often feel we are in that boat, too.  but i would love to see
everybody sometime soon.  i meant to call you and jamie about this
networking event for people interested in environmental work (don't know if
that's up your alley or not) but of course lost your numba and e-mail.  so,
a big reunion, great.  small reunions, also great.  call anytime 635-2956.

Okay finally time to break down and write something now that there is all 
this talk of a reunion.  THe rumors are true...Solid and I are living in 
Portland.  We've become quite the hermits in this big city, not sure if we 
want to "adjust" to it or not.  But would love to get together with 
everybody.
Let's make some plans!
