Good evening, Ray,
I finished PCT-OR & WA on 10 Sep 02, and dutifully got my hiker's entry
permit vaccinated at Hope as instructed. The permit instructions also said
I should surrender the vaccinated document upon leaving Canada. When I
stopped at the Canadian entry/exit control point at Blaine, I entered the
office and showed it to two officials, each of whom read it twice. They
both said they had never before seen such a document, but since it said they
were to collect it, they did.
