[pct-l] Posting Question

Could anyone explain to me how to post my messages in a page format? My messages always wind up as one or two long lines that run of the screen requiring continuous scrolling from right to left in order to read the message.  I would prefer to post my messages in a format where the lines are as wide as the page and don't run off the page. In other words in a book format. 
Any help would be appreciated.
