[pct-l] lots of PCT related stuff

a small screw driver with extra screws for glasses temple pieces that my 
optician gave me. I have repaired my stove and eyeglasses with it. Nothing 
like stepping out of a stream crossing and having the lens of your glasses 
drop to the ground.  I am blind without my glasses so it is worth its 2 oz 
weight.

I'll think about some of the others. I tried to list them on my equipment 
page on www.gottawalk.com but I know a few didn't get listed (but they were 
weighed).
