The length to which long distance hikers will go to avoid ennui and  lethargy 
during the "off season" is always a source of enjoyment and  amusement.  The 
search for the downhill mountain climb has reached  worldwide proportions.  
Soon all those who walked to school (in the snow )  uphill both ways will 
achieve vindication.  Gotta love it.
 
Oh, by the way, have you heard that the Mexican drug cartel has found some  
of these gravity anomalies in Sequoia and Kings Canyon and are growing 
marijuana  there?  Evidentially the weakened gravity allows the plants to grow  
taller....
