[pct-l] PCT postage stamp

The Pacific Crest Trail Association submitted the PCT nomination to the USPS
last year.  Angela Ballard, PCTA *Communicator* editor, provided the text
for the stamp. The PCTA was waiting to make an announcement until after they
got confirmation from the USPS that the PCT was going to be included.  Well
the government never called, but it looks like it is official nonetheless.

Unfortunately, it also looks like we will have to by the whole sheet of the
 "superlative series" in order to get one PCT stamp. Regardless, this is
very cool indeed.
