[pct-l] Dehydrated Water

This brings up a great point.  I an officially offering a reward of $100 American dollars cash to anyone who can come up with some dehydrated water.  To win you have to take one drop of regular water and put it on some super light powder or tablet that turns into 1-liter of fresh clean water.
