In my experience the 806 is the most popular.  However I have experienced
that the toe cap has a tendency to come unglued.  Other hikers confirmed
this. For what it's worth, I very highly reccommend Montrails instead.  I
have hiked in Vitesse II and Hardrock and loved them both.
