[pct-l] trail markings

Oooo boy, do I have a great idea.  We need some kinda paint that is  
completely invisible unless you are wearing special glasses.  The  
paint will be liberally slathered on rocks, trees and what not all  
along the trail.  Hikers can choose:  wear the glasses, carry the  
glasses to be used only when confused, don't carry the glasses.   
Also, it will be a federal offense for mountain bikers or ORV riders  
to be found in possession of these special glasses.  We'll need large  
size glasses for horses, mules, llamas and goats to wear.  The  
glasses should be designed so as to lack any semblance of style or  
panache so that anyone who wears them looks like a dufus (and  
rightfully so).  Imagine the campfire discussions:  "I saw old  
Peapicker comin' down from Bubba Pass this mornin' wearing the  
GLASSES!  What a LOSER!"
