I don' t understand the meaning of this poem at all.
But I am a member in a big Gym in Frankfurt (TGB = Turngemeinde Bornheim) 
and we say: FFFF = Fit
                               Fun
                               Fresh
                               Free

and while practicing the selfdefending exercises one has to scream and shout. Oh my !

Does that qualify for the PCT as well ?
