And the first step is to Admit that you are a Hike-a-holic.  

Here is a SELF TEST for those in doubt:


Are You a Hike-a-holic?

Answer yes or no to the following questions and tally your answers at the
bottom.

3.	Do you ever hike because you are shy with other people?

4.	Is hiking affecting your reputation?

5.	Have you ever felt remorse after hiking?

6.	Have you ever gotten into financial difficulties as a result of hiking?

7.	Do you turn to lower companions and an inferior environment when hiking?

8.	Does your hiking make you careless of your family's welfare?
