How to avoid chafings on "other" parts of your body ?
Easy !
1. Just shift them (first mentally, than physically - strong will and a bit of practice required) from the other parts of your body to the pole straps sides of your hands.

2. Avoid using the pole straps constantly.

Result: never ever again any chafing stories. Sad. ;-)
