Whilst more people (in absolute terms) may finish in 2005 than '98, my 
understanding is that many fewer people started in '98. Your numbers and the 
data book suggest a 30% completion rate in '98.

If 70-75 finish this year, that points to a c.25% completion rate, based on 
at least 288 starters (from Bob Riess). The toughest year given in the 
databook was '95, where it suggests only 10 of 75 people made it to the end 
(13%).
