[pct-l] help with Mammoth Lakes PO

Hey -- I've been trying to call the Mammoth Lakes CA 
post office for two days and the phone is constantly 
busy.  The number I have is 760-934-2205.  Does anyone 
know if maybe the PO has closed?  I can't figure out 
why the phone would be busy for two days.
