[pct-l] Back injury exercises?



I ruptured two discs in my lower back prior to my thru-hike last year 
with my husband.
I found a good PT and was given McKenzie exercises to stregthen my core 
muscles and help 'push'
the discs back into place.  They are very simple and when you're still 
in pain, just about the only
exercises that don't cause more pain.  Robin McKenzie has a couple of 
different books out that
show the exercises based on the kind of pain you're having.  You have to 
be very consistent in
doing them, but they worked wonders for me.
