Well, the weather here in November is typically wet, nobos who arrive mid-Oct and on should expect to be cold, wet, and even encounter snow.  Typically, it will snow in the mountains in September.  Depending on the weather, they may want to flip-flop it, however even in so. Washington, they can expect to get some snow in Goat Rocks, Chinook Pass area, etc.  
 
My advice is watch the weather and prepare for conditions that can and do cause hypothermia.
