[pct-l] Slow flash on digital camera

Hi AsABat,

We use rechargable Ni-MH batteries of 2100 mAh. It's a well-known
complaint. We use the same camera at my work and one of my colleagues
got the same. The camera is slow when using the flash, plus the
batteries go out fairly quickly. Again: no complaints when using the
camera outdoors at all.
