[pct-l] favorite spring water

Hi All My short experience on the trail, well I have to say the best
spring would be "Live Oak Spring" just up from Hwy. 74 or Pines to Palms
Hwy. I guess because of the rain we got this last year, it was flowing hard
and fast and tasted GREAT. The only thing is that "Live Oak Spring" is
really a Horizontal Well. By the looks of things it must have been drilled
an awful long time ago, and as for creeks or rivers are concerned White
Water was a life saver, August of 2004, 102 degrees . and remember I'm the
one that says REMEMBER
"BE PREPARED" Ground Pounder Bill "SEMPER FI"----- Original
