[pct-l] Finding Bigfoot Video etc.

I had to click on the finding bigfoot link to see all the fuss. After clicking on the link and viewing a few of the clips, I was disappointed with the quality of the films for someone who is trying to find a creature. I have a 1985 Magnavox camera VHS that was the bottom of the barrel in it's day and it still takes better footage than the clips on the link.. My take is this looks like something more out of the " Dukes of Hazard" that a real effort to find anything. ( At least Dukes of Hazard had Daisy to look at when the story line got a little weak!!) This coming from someone who does believe something at least use to live in that area. I have been out and about for years not only hiking but( Ug!!) hunting and have only had one , in my opinion, experience with hearing something and a few tracks back in 70's.. The area in and around Happy Camp is still very remote and most hikers stay on very well maintained trails. It would be easy to stay hid even for a average outdoor person if they wanted. Back in the 80's a vietnam vet stayed hid near Forks Wash. for 18 years. Japanese soldiers were just found after 60 years on islands. Ishi the Indian stayed hid for many years as well.. Bottom line is yes it is possible, but if someone wants to show you Bigfoot for 60.00 cash and turn Happy Camp into a Bigfoot Disney World or an " Into thin Air" trip up Everest ride,, it won't happen.. You can't just jump out of your Humvee and find one at the picnic area. Happy Camp does have a new Bigfoot statue in town that is really quite cool though so if you count that, you will get a sighting...
