Looks like an interesting article. But, is there any other way to get that 
article without going through the whole registration process? I hate giving 
out more fodder for spammers, but I really want to know more about why the 
low-level glaciers aren't melting.
Along similar topics, this month's Smithsonian magazine has some great 
photos of Alaskan glaciers with a 30-year interval between. Those glaciers 
are going fast!! Better make it through the So Cal sections before global 
warming prevents it.... or see Alaska before it all melts
