[pct-l] Sonora Pass Road

Hey everyone.  I'm currently hiking southbound and am trying to have a
friend meet me at Sonora pass on highway 181(?) but we haven't heard
anything about road conditions.  Is that road open/reliable?  Thanks
for the input
