[pct-l] Sobo roll call updated with current locations of hikers

Miriam (Zed) and Shane (Gimp)  left Manning Park yesterday (June 19th) 
for their SOBO trek.  They completed 740 miles NOBO and left by and 
buses, trains and more buses, leaving Lone Pine, California on June 
15th.
