[pct-l] Shaking on the PCT

We just (8:41) had an earthquake on the PCT in Section B. The location was 2
miles south of Highway 74 and 1 mile east of the PCT near where it last
crosses Table Mountain Road. The magnitude was 5.6 and it is unlikely there
was any significant damage.
