[pct-l] Mt. Hood PCT update

OET was out doing trail maintenance this weekend and cleared most of the 
lower trails around the river crossing and below Paradise Park. Not sure how 
much PCT they did.
Also, the Sandy River is as low right now as it usually is in August. Also, 
the Muddy Fork is very low, and the bridge is in that takes you to Top Spur.

Of course all that could change by the next good rain.

On a sad note, I met the mother of the young woman who got killed crossing 
the Sandy last August after the freak rain and flooding we had. Pretty 
tragic.
