The road is open to the store almost on a year round basis as the locals
plow it year round.I know they are busy plowing the road past the store to
go to  Shermin Pass as its a logging road! Sounds like you may want to enter
the area a little north (west) of the store...I would call the folks at
thestore to ask for sure about where the road is closed . Meadow ed
