[pct-l] Tahoe Area Snow

I flew to Reno today, via San Jose. On the approach to Reno we flew directly 
over Mt. Tallac, Falling Leaf Lake and Heavenly. Got a pretty good view of 
the Desolation Wilderness. There is still all kinds of snow down there.
I am going to attempt to hike some of the trail tomorrow and I will report 
in the evening.
