[pct-l] Highway 74 to Idyllwild

I will be crossing Highway 74 going toward Saddle Junction between May 28
and May 30. I will then be heading down to Idyllwild on the Devil's Slide
Trail and then home for another year. 

 

Does anyone have an update on snow and ice conditions on the stretch between
Highway 74 and the DST? Especially the DST.

 

Crampons?  Ice axe?
