I forgot to cc this PCT-L on a recent email. Thought you might find the site
very interesting.

Visited your website (www.onelegwonder.com) and a real motivation for us two
legged backpackers to quit whining. Wow. Really impressive. You are one of
my heroes. I know some of us older backpackers complain about our legs and
joints, but you put it into perspective. Like Grandma Gatewood said, most
backpackers are a bunch of wimps (or something like that).
I hang out at the PCT-L list and the PCT is my playground for section hiking
(actually, I think I am its playground to pound me into submission). It would
be cool for you to visit the April Kickoff (http://siechert.org/adz/) next
year at Lake Morena County Park. This is an event east of San Diego for the
thru-hikers heading to Canada and their friends/supporters.
Take care and happy hiking.
