[pct-l] Sore Hiking Legs

Rattlesnake, I have started taking calcium-magnesium citrate complex pills 
from Wild Oats for my legs.  They seem to be helping.  I wonder how they will be 
on the trail to help with the legs and my hiking limitations.  I already take 
the normal joint pills and that seems okay too.
