[pct-l] Proposed ADZ Name Change

Given the fact the reservations are made a year in advance and
predicting conditions a year in advance is impossible, maybe a
name change is in order?

I realize that the baseball belongs to the ADZ committee and 
they make the rules. I respect that. You've earned the right.

But "Annual Day Zero" is clearly misleading when you have 
absolutely no idea when day zero should be. (Note this years 
weather for further verfication)

Unfortunately, emotional bias will trump reason every time.

It's your baseball.
