[pct-l] Washington State PCT access

Given that the JMT portion of the PCT looks doubtful for early summer (which I'd been planning on!), I'm wondering about an extended PCT hike in the northern portions of the trail.......North
Cascades etc.  I know the snow is less than usual this year (I've heard the figure of 75%) but how does that translate into hiking?  When do the northern portions of the trail become reasonably
accessible.  My window of time is early July to about July 20th....
	What do you veteran hikers who've done those northern portions suggest?  When would a 2-3 week hike become realistic up North?   							Cheers to all,
