[pct-l] The best kickoff to all

I attended the kickoffs of 2001/2002/2003, and all
were fantastic.

Especially good memories are those of the north-bound
thru hikers, stepping off the campground onto the PCT,
and into their great adventure.  My imagination ran on
overtime all three years, 2001 before my hike, 2002
when I would soon follow, and 2003 when my hike was
but a tumult of memories.

All the best to you who will hike in 2005.
